My products melted now what?

Our items contain ingredients that are reactive to warm temperatures and are prone to melting during the warmer months. 

If your products melt during transit, don't worry, they will still work great.

If your lip balm is melted, set it in the refrigerator vertically (on the dial end) and it will reset in less than 10 minutes.

If your lotion bar is melted, set it in the refrigerator vertically (on the push end) and it will reset in 15-20 minutes or at room temperature until it solidifies. 

If your under eye salve is melted, allow to cool in refrigerator 10-15 minutes or at room temperature until it solidifies. 

If your body butter is melted allow it to cool in the refrigerator for no more than 15-20 minutes or at room temperature until it solidifies. You'll have a wonderful body balm.

Please keep in mind, our products are whipped increasing their volume. When they melt, the air whipped into the butter deflates, decreasing its volume.

If you're looking for the whipped consistency, scoop the room temperature product out of the jar into a mixing bowl or standing mixer and whip for 5-10 minutes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are made in small batches to preserve quality. Please allow 3-5 business days, excluding holidays for processing orders. Plus, applicable shipping time based on service selected.

Once your order has been processed and received by the carrier, you will receive and email containing your tracking information.

Please be advised that we can not assume responsibility for any shipping delays or lost/stolen packages once they have been left with the carrier.

Can I return or exchange a product I purchased?

Unfortunately, returns & exchanges are not accepted. Due to the nature of the products and for sanity purposes all sales are final.

Please double check your purchase before finalizing your order.

Items received damaged may be subject to replacement (this excludes products covered by our warm weather disclaimer), if an issue is submitted to our customer support within 3 days of receipt with proper documentation of the damaged goods.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely!

Please be advised that all international shipping cost are based on weight. Shipping time can vary between 7-31 business days, excluding national holidays, depending on the shipping weight and shipping method selected.

Depending on your country's customs process, delivery times may exceed 7-31 days.

We are not responsible for any customs fees. The customer will be responsible for any customs fees that may apply, depending on the country's import tax law.

I entered the incorrect shipping address?

We are unable to modify shipping address after they have been submitted for security purposes.

We strongly recommend creating an account before you order to avoid any errors. By creating an account, you'll be able to save/edit/update your address prior to submitting an order.
